This pitcher is wheel thrown with slip decoration and an altered rim. Off the wheel, the shape of the pitcher is altered to give it an oval shape and a spout. It measures about 8.25” tall and 7” from spout to handle. It holds about 36 ounces. There is a slight glaze defect near the spout (visible in image 3) that doesn’t affect functionality of the piece, but the price is lowered to reflect the defect.

Mint is a gorgeous soft green glaze with a semi-matte finish. This crystalline glaze is cooled slowly in the kiln to allow crystals to form. Mint has crystals that are white, gold and slightly blue. All functional ware is finished with a gloss interior glaze.
